Non esiste una cosa come l’infelicità.
Esistono “oggetti” che la oscurano, sono temporanei, ma possono sembrare eterni se credi di essere loro.
La madre di tutti questi oggetti, e quindi la radice di ogni sofferenza è l’illusione della separazione, separazione dal Sè, dall’adesso, dall’altro, dall’esperienza così come è.
Questa radice viene alimentata dal pensiero giudicante, duale, che crea il “giusto” e automaticamente dà vita allo “sbagliato”
Così ci frammentiamo. E prendiamo a rifiutare parti di noi e così facendo ci sentiamo rifiutati.
Oltre ogni dualità, c’è il vuoto, il vuoto pieno che emerge solo quando vivi il Tantra, cioè la “disciplina” del non rifiuto.
Ricordati di essere accogliente spazio aperto dove l’esperienza accade, la felicità è proprio lí.
Prendi ciò che stai rifiutando e avvicinalo a te, accoglilo, amalo, com-prendilo, e guarda cosa accade.

There is no such thing as unhappiness.
There are “objects” that obscure it, they are temporary, but they can seem eternal if you think you are them.
The mother of all these objects, and therefore the root of all suffering, is the illusion of separation, separation from the Self, from the now, from the other, from experience as it is.
This root is fed by the judgmental, dual thought, which creates the “right” and automatically gives life to the “wrong”
So we are fragmented. And we start to reject parts of us and in doing so we feel rejected.
Beyond any duality, there is emptiness, the full emptiness that emerges only when you experience Tantra, that is the “discipline” of non-rejection.
Remember to be welcoming openess where experience happens, happiness is right there.
Take what you are rejecting and bring it closer to you, welcome it, love it, understand it, and see what happens.
